Life is to short to be fat and out of shape.

My Story

I used to be in great shape. In 1994 I exited US Army Basic training (Fort Jackson, SC). I was 140 lbs and 10% body fat. I played Bass Guitar in the Army band. Things have changed since then, I got married and had a child 10 years ago. I am 160 lbs at the time of this writting and it is time to get back into fighting shape.

My Goals For This Year:

Loose 20 lbs.

Too many to list. Fav books include:
Of mice and Men, Anything by Robert Salvatore...
Fav music:I like rock/alternative..but I also listen to top 40 music, classical, classic rock and some country. I pretty much like it all.
