My Story

I have been overweight all my life. Loosing and gaining, over and over. I just resigned myself to being heavy at the age of 40 and gave up dieting.
A recent surgery and a substantial weight loss as a result has renewed my desire to loose the weight. Also, i want my kids to be healthy and that means me too. My kids have been at me for years to quit smoking. Had smoked since i was 13 years old. when I went for surgery, I quit...finally and without too much difficulty I may add. I must have been ready and didn't know it. It is a joy to not be a slave to cigarettes. I should have quit years ago or never started.
So now is my time to get healthy and looking good. My kids are grown and on their own and now it is time for me...

My Goals For This Year:

Get to 140 lbs or less and stay there.
Get Healthy and strong.
No more surgery or sickness.
