Insulin and glucagon are two types of hormones generated by our body. When we take foods with a high content of glucose a message is sent to our pancreas this to generate more insulin, the hormone that, in turn, is responsible for keeping that glucose in our natural pantry and makes sure that the already stored fat is not lost.
Therefore, and while we always eat food with glucose, as they are necessary for our organism, we must never do it in excess. To guide us, we must know that, as a general rule, sweeter foods are those containing more glucose and therefore are what should be controlled. Its Possible

We have to control, therefore, foods such as sugar, honey, nuts, fruits like banana, melon or grapes, corn, bread, rice and refined cereals.
