My Story
In January of 2009, I weighed nearly 190 lbs. I decided to get in shape. Since then I've experienced a lifestyle change where I exercise 5 times a week, run on average 9 miles/wk and participate in bootcamp classes at my local gym 3 times a week. I've very satisfied with my progress. I recently had my bodyfat analyzed, I have a 18.86% body fat ratio. Persistence and consistency I have found works best for me to reach my goals.
My Goals For This Year:
Toning and a little weight loss. Really just fine tuning. I hope to reduce my body fat percentage from 18.86 to around 15%
