My Story
I'm a single mother of 3. 2 boys 1 girl, 18, 16, and 12. Had a rough last couple of years, and I just keep gaining weight and that isn't helping my health at all. Not to mention I still have the extra weight from having 3 kids lol. Over the last few years though is when most of the weight came on. Dr. said I need to loose 2 lbs a week. I know I can do it but it will be hard.
My Goals For This Year:
would love to get under 150
