I actually joined after you. I'm stumbling around myself, but what I'm finding to be helpful is to keep it simple. I'm just viewing food as a way to keep my body healthy, and alive. I don't buy frozen foods, but I buy simple things: chicken breasts, salad fixings, condiments that are nutritious (I don't go for lite anything) and use the recommended amount, don't go overboard. I cook three times a week and eat leftovers the rest of the time. This seems to be working, fingers crossed.
