A knee carbonated drink daily increased fat around the internal organs and this predisposes to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, the Daily Telegraph reported, citing American scientists.
People who regularly drink sweetened drinks, have more internal fat around the vital organs like the liver, pancreas and intestines. Everyday drinkers have 30% more internal fat, and these drinks only once a week--with 8 percent more than the full recovery.
A similar relationship with Dietetic carbonated drinks, however, has not been established, the scientists reported.
They note that internal fat affect hormonal functions. It is believed that they have a great role in insulin resistance, which leads to type 2 diabetes and
heart disease The results support allegations that must be reduced dioxin intake of sugar. The results are from a survey of cardiovascular morbidity "F-Framingham" in the United States, in which 1003 people participated with an average age of 45 years.
