Just by drinking a couple of 8-ounce glasses of H2O before your three meals and cutting back on portions will help you in losing love handles..
Many people don’t like to drink water because it is bland and has no flavor it. These people prefer to drink soda, coffee, tea, or even sugary juices. Alot of these people tend to also be overweight and unhappy with their bodies. Are you one of these people? I would presume you are just because of the simple fact that you are here reading this article. If you want to start dropping the extra pounds and losing love handles then you need to cut these drinks down to a minimum and start drinking more water. Simple as that!
To save time and a trip to the gym, people feel the need to use diet pills and home remedies. New studies tend to suggest that one of the most effective aids to losing love handles is already available in your home. Any guesses on what that could be? Well, if you said water then you are correct.

Hi Mel,
Thanks for making a thread on losing love handles and like to add to lose love handles, break meals in small frequent meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Drink more water than routine, have green tea after meals and quit soft drinks. Have proper sleep daily and do not eat shortly before going to bed.

I want to know what the best weight loss program is. I don't want any shakes, special store bought diets, I mean stuff like Nutri-System and Greg O’Gallegher Kinobody Shredding Program. The diets that have the food delivered to your door. I want to know if the servings are reasonably sized.

Exercise is still the best way to lose weight. Drink plenty of water and also before you eat your breakfast drink a glass of water. If you are lazy to do exercise you might need fiber supplement to help you.

Eating more lean protein. By consuming more lean red and white meats instead of fatty ones. Avoid processed foods such as white sugar, polished white rice, white bread and canned vegetables.
