Exercise daily is one of the best because I did that too. Drink one glass of water before you eat breakfast. Did you also try to take any supplement? when I try to loss weight I did take the best fiber supplement it really works for me.

The daily exercise is the best natural way to lose weight but for me I exercise and take the fiber supplement as well to help burning my fat.

Exercise and diet both are very important for fitness and weight lose. We should reduce the amount of calories from diet because too much calories cause fat and weight gain. In exercises cardio is best exercise for fitness.

It is almost impossible to lose weight without exercising regularly. Proper workouts are necessary to burn fat to reduce weight. You can also try for protein and fat burner supplements to reduce your fat. Do regular exercise and take healthy and balanced diet along with supplements to get optimal results.
