Welcome ShellShell,

The only advise I can give is get rid of the sugar first. Any form except for fruit. This will be difficult but do it slowly. Pop is TERRIBLE normal or diet. This is a process and take "baby steps". Set small goals for yourself. I would also recommend cleaning the cupboards out so less temptations.

Best of luck to you!
