My Story
I work alot of hours and, until I found this site, lived on Tim Hortons coffee (double double)and a bagel for lunch. I did not eat breakfast, never had time, in fact, ususally never ate anything until supper time, and then I would eat like there's no tomorrow. I questioned why I was gaining weight, although for the last two years I have had an office job and thought that was the reason (of coarse sitting all day does not help).
I hated the way I looked and have always been embarrased to take my shirt off in the summer (except when I was 20), but NO MORE!!!!!
I have been sticking with Matthews Calorie Counting program, and to date (Jan.30/2011) have lost about ten pounds. My wife and I are both doing this, and we both have plans to involve ourselves into more recreational sports and fitness.
Look out summer, because this year, and the years to follow, you're going to be seeing alot more of both of us!
My Goals For This Year:
Although I'm now 43 years of age, that is no excuse to not be physically fit. I'm doing this for myself, to have the confidence in myself that I had 20 years ago.
My starting weight of this program was 206, and my goal is 170-175. :)
