My Story

I have recently realised that if I don't start taking serious action to change my lifestyle choices, that I will not be able to achieve in life what I want to achieve.

My Goals For This Year:

Short term goal: start aerobics.
Medium term goal: 83kg by end of May (-3kg in 4 weeks).
Long term goal (end of 2011): 79kg (- 7kg).

Favorite Books & Music

The girl ... with the dragon tattoo ... who kicked the hornets nest ... who played with fire by Stieg Larsson.
