My Story
i've been sober for 2 years now, and with that has come an added weight of 60lbs. i'm a stress eater, i love chocolate, and my other half cooks incredible meals that make you want to eat until you can't anymore.
i have a gym membership and like running however deadlines and sporadic schedules make the use of the gym almost non-existent.
this year i want to start it off on the right track by becoming aware of my caloric intake, what i expend, and most of all making use of that damn membership *shakes fist*
other than that i just want to tie up my shoes without my tummie getting in the way :)
My Goals For This Year:
to be more fit and healthy!
to lose my budda bellie!
to run!
to practise good wellbeing <3
