My Story
Have been on an off diets for so long that it is discouraging in itself. I do really wanna get healthy by learning how to choose healthier foods and exercising consistently. I do start and stop antics. It is beginning to seem that I sabotage myself. For example, I will eat all great for a week and go on the treadmill then...I weigh myself and see that I have lost lbs and that I have lost inches and blam! I have a huge meal!
Just 2 years ago I was 135 lbs, then I went through a break up with my spouse and gained all this weight.
My Goals For This Year:
I wanna lose 40 lbs. so I can fit into all my clothes and feel more confident in myself.
