My Story

It's finally hit me...the realization that I'm "maturing" and that I can't rely on my quick metabolism alone, any more. Looking good is important to me and I need to work at it. I need to exercise regularly and eliminate my bad snacking habits. I am going to look good in my bikini this spring/summer!

My Goals For This Year:

My goals are simple ones...that's what I'm going to keep telling myself! I only want to loose 12 pounds and/or the inches of fat that are presently making me feel unhappy with my shape. I want a toned body again!

Favorite Books & Music

I love classic rock music. I really have no real favourite bands - listen to them all. The 70's are definitely my favourite era.

I don't spend a whole lot of time reading, but when I do pickup a novel, I enjoy reading medical murder mysteries with a twist of romance.
