My Story

Hello, my name is Mike, I have had an on and off relationship with weightloss for about 4 years now. I have decided that it's time to turn the switch on and break it so it will never go off again.

My Goals For This Year:

To push myself to improve everyday.
To be less than 268 pounds by April 16th.
To be less than 240 pounds by July 9th(my birthday :)
To be at or below 210 pounds by October 1st.
