My Story

Hey everyone,

I'm a large person I stand 6'4" tall and weight way too much even though I carry it well according to most people. I have worked all my life and worked on a farm, so I grew in leaps and bounds! Unfortunately, I love food as well and I have worked third shift for the majority of my life and didn't get much sleep, so I'm constantly tired and wore out so I would get my energy burst by hitting up the sugary food and beverages and load up on Carbs. So now I'm overweight and out of shape and my body is pleading with me, So I've got to change my habits and drop the pounds for both my physical and spiritual self!!! That's basically my spirit!!

My Goals For This Year:

I have two great doctors one has set my weight goal at about 175 to 220, and the other has set it at 230 to 250! As for me I'm setting my short term goal at 400 first and my over all at around 270 possibly!! I know it will take time and I didn't add it all at one time so I know I can not take it all

Favorite Books & Music

The Bible, any adventure or suspense(that will keep my interest)! Music is anything I range from classical to Bluegrass to rap! I'll listen to about anything if I don't like it I will find something else! But it's all worth a try!
