My Story

In 2004 I went thru a painful divorce after 28 years of what I thought was a loving committed relationship. The same old story - husband suddenly feels old and finds a much younger woman to make him feel better. In the next 5 years I went from 125 lbs. to now 189 lbs. I am a stress eater. I suddenly had bills to pay, three children still in high school to raise, and an elderly mother move in. Eveyone was counting on me. My mother passed away last year and that added the last 20 lbs. I am so ready to take over my life and to do that I need to lose this weight. My weight rules my life.

My Goals For This Year:

I would like to lose 65 lbs. in one year.
Get healthier.
