Hi,

I'm a first-year Theater Arts student in Toronto. We often have stage performance at our university. One of my friends is very good at acting. I must say he is a born talented person. But all his stage performances are weak. While rehearsing, we could see that spark in him. But before stepping to the stage he becomes restless, worried and will end the performance midway all the time. I had seen him getting worried about the show on the day of the event announcement itself. After lots of discussions, we came to the conclusion that he has anxiety disorder.

So we had consulted an anxiety therapy specialist in Toronto. He suggested undergoing anxiety therapy for a small-time period. As most of the therapy had positive results, we hope he will recover soon. What do you guys think? Please share your experience.

Thank You!
