Hi, I've found that having raw veggies(carrots or cabbage cut into smaller pieces) handy when watching TV will satisfy your hunger. This is for before and after supper, which could then be restricted to one meal only. It is the seconds or the snacks after supper that's doing all the damage. Cheers, Dave
