Hi,
I'm achieving some moderate weight loss just by using this website. For the first time I am actually measuring how much I'm eating, and although I exceed my daily goal 50% of the time I'm still losing weight. It is early days yet, and I don't want to get ahead of myself but I am very impressed with the website.
Hope you all are getting the same result.
Cheers
Dave

Hi, I started recording my food intake on January 3(2014) and today is 7 February. I have found it relatively easy to keep my calorific intake below the target/goal. It helps to eat some low calorific food(carrot, cucumber or other salad) during the day.

Hi

Try to exercise more and drink a glass of water before you eat your breakfast or maybe try fiber supplement to help you losing fat and it also help fighting against heart disease.

Well, it is 8 months since I posted my first comment, and I've lost 20 kg during this time. It is only 2.5kg per month on average, and even that is probably not sustainable. If you can can get 2kg/month you should be pleased. Keep up the monitoring of your weight and your food intake, because you can only change that which you are monitoring. Cheers, Dave

There's no magic bullet for losing weight. The most effective way to loss weight. and keep it off is through lifestyle changes. Eat a healthy low-calorie diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and be physically active.
