If you are having errors please read this!

Beta is going great! But with any kind of new site, bugs and errors will occur. More than half of our recorded errors have been due to differing browser capabilities.

You can view this site on almost any browser, but for peak performance and an error free user experience we recommend:

Have JavaScript Enabled
Sites today are moving toward a more Desktop Program feel (Web 2.0) and Matthews Calorie Counter is no different. Much of this site depends on your browser having JavaScript enabled.

Browser Compatibility
-Internet Explorer 6 and Up
-Fire Fox 3 and Up

Future revisions will add support for other browsers, but I doubt we'll ever support older browser iterations.

More to come...

What about Safari? Is this site not compatible with an iPad? Mine is an iPad Air.

I just wrote to support@matthewscaloriecounter.com and got the following error message:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

support@matthewscaloriecounter.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain matthewscaloriecounter.com by mx.fusemail.net. [72.35.23.4].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 invalid mailbox (call fwd)

The reason I wrote to support is that even though I am logged in, I am unable to edit my ticker. I tried two different ways: edit an existing ticker, and create a new ticker. In both cases, the yellow button marked "NEXT" or "CREATE" does nothing. The page does not change. nothing happens. ???

As I said above, I am writing where I do all my computer work—on an iPad Air.

It's me again, Fiona. It bothers me that it appears to have been quite a few years since this forum was active.

At any rate, I'm writing with a possible answer to why I could neither edit my ticker nor create a new one. The sailboat skin has disappeared from the library! Why oh why is this delightful skin missing now? I'm going to try to create a new ticker using another skin, but please bring the sailboat back!
