Hello! My "name" is CountryHome. I am a mother of 5 little girls. They range from 7 y/o to 3 1/2 months. I'm hoping to lose post baby weight from the last 5 pregnancies. My questions are about the calorie limit. Is the limit the amount of calories needed to maintain your current weight or the amount to help you lose weight?

To answer your question: it depends. When you first signed up you were given an option to lose, gain or maintain your weight. Your daily calorie limit will reflect whatever goal you chose. If you want to see how your daily calorie limit is currently set up, visit your diet settings page, and under the “Daily Calorie Limit” tab you will see all the information you need to set up your calorie limit.
