Hello from the Prairies of Canada. I love this site. I just stumbled upon it when I was looking for weight loss support and information. I am glad to have found it. I really like the ease of this site and I already have another weight loss program but it is much more complicated and not as easy to follow. Good job and thanks for making this site for those of us who struggle daily to lose that weight. I have 80lbs to get to my goal and I know that with the help of this site I will get there.

Reside in the Okanagan Valley in B.C. Canada

I am a young active senior. I started on a weight loss journey seven years ago. I have gone from 225 lbs to 120 lbs. In the last year I have gained 30 lbs back. Mainly through my foolish sweet tooth cravings. I do belong to another diet site but feeling disgusted of my over indulgence, decided to try a new weight loss site and start fresh.
