Diet promises to lose weight up to 5 kg a week? The most important is of course the effectiveness of the diet. The diet should primarily be to ensure a gradual weight loss. If your weight-loss program promises to lose weight 5 kg in one week, certainly will not be a loss of excess fat. You can easily lose a weight loss of fluids and muscle glycogen and this loss usually get back again quickly.

According ideally prepared diet, you should lose a maximum of one kilo per week, mainly in the form of excess fat. I would just add that the greater weight loss can be dangerous to health. When you want to throw any diet, keep in mind three important factors. They can also be a guide for you on what to look out for when assembling your own diet plan.

How to get the right motivation for weight loss? The reason why many people never achieve the desired result in weight loss is the lack of motivation. It affects the adherence to the key factors in weight loss - proper diet and exercise. If your approach is lax, you break the weight loss process and the results are not coming. Finally, you say, why not try, if it's any good. Therefore, the motivation is the alpha and omega in weight loss and in building muscle mass.

Diet has very much impact on the body and it is not the only solution for losing weight, one has to follow diet plan plus workout routine.

Exactly what i wanted to say. Diet is not a short term effort, it a war to change eating habits, and avoid foods that can cause health problems (sugar - hemorrhoids), its a long battle and you need determination.
