Lately my favorite has been those low calorie rice cakes.
I spray the rice cake with a little water and then take a little stevia with a little cinnamon and lightly sprinkle the rice cake.

mmmmm, good ; ), and only about 65 calories.

Most "low fat" stuff is full of unnatural stuff that is bad for you so, I stick with the organic sugar snap peas, carrots, broccoli, cucumber- whatever is fresh at the store and try to keep them cut up in the fridge so they are easy to grab.

For a "treat" I like to have a few bite size tortilla chips and some fresh salsa. 24 chips is like 140 calories and 2 tbsp. of salsa is 10 calories. YUMMY!!!

lol, I have the same kind of treat, except my tortilla chips servings are about 14, with 2 tbsp of salsa. 140 calories!

Mmm... I find that the Kashi bars are very yummy for a treat with only 130 calories and 2 grams of fat (all healthy and get a bit of dried cherries and some dark chocolate), YUMMY!

One of my favorite snacks is celery with peanut butter, my peanut butter is 80 calories for a tablespoon, and the celery for one stalk cut into strips is only about 6 calories, put the peanut butter in a dish and dip your celery. Great for a movie snack, it's sweet and salty and crunchy!

I like to eat water soluble fibrous fruits because it stays in the stomach longer; which makes me full for a long time. They also help flush waste out of the system. My favourite fruits are apples, dates, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, pears, figs, mangoes and watermelons.
