Weight lose is not a very difficult task. With some useful tips a person can easily reduce his weight. These are some few simple tips and i am sure that you people will like.
Drink more water
Avoid fast food
Do walk daily
Eat less quantity food
Do exercise daily
Drink fruit juice or eat fruits and vegetables.

Well it is wrong to say that weight loss is an easy task. I don't agree with this. Weight loss is often a frustrating task.

i started a diet plan today i went to the gym and worked out for 2 hours i wanna start going gym 3-5 times a week. i am really overweight i weigh 290 and am 5'8" i was just wondering if anyone could help me with how many calories i should eat a day and how many i should work on burning fat. plus what do i wanna do to work on working out my lower back and my butt?

sorry peter but we all are sharing only true and natural weight loss tips because it's not possible that every product work for you. some of them works for you positive and some of them make negative reactions. therefore, i want to recommend you all that try to avoid the fake products and just use simple fruits, vegetables, nuts, almonds, tea and other healthy recipes from cookbooks for successful weight loss.
