Check the pressure at the table already consuming larger quantities of berries.

Certainly not in flavored forms, cakes and juices, but in its natural form and as a fresher.
A group of scientists from Harvard University investigated the presence of anthocyanin’s in berry fruits and decided to play a major role in arterial hypertension.

Blueberries melt belly fat
Research conducted by Professor Eric Rim published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, is based on observations of 181,000 volunteers, men and women within the program of the American Public Health Study ill-healthProfessionals Follow-up Study. Free Ken Burge Report

The study was conducted in 14 years, and obtained very interesting information arising from the consumption of strawberries and blueberries. Addition to its beneficial effect on high blood pressure, strawberries are very good for improving memory.

During the test, 35,000 volunteers managed to control the development of hypertension intake of foods rich in flavonoids, which reduces the risk of circulatory diseases. In addition to berries, consumed and tea, orange juice, apples, red wine...

Scientists have analyzed their findings, eight percent of respondents who have had problems with blood pressure recorded significantly better results than those who consumed these foods in smaller quantities.

ONLY SNACKS THAT LOWERS PRESSURE.
Prehypertension is defined as a systolic blood pressure of 120 to 139 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) and diastolic 80 to 89 mm Hg.

Compared to other popular snack foods (crackers, cookies), for a period of 12 weeks has been shown that raisins significantly lower blood pressure - systolic pressure (up to 10.2 mm Hg) and mean diastolic blood pressure (to 5.2 mmHg). By lowering blood pressure prevents the onset of adverse cardiovascular effects.

The precise mechanism of this effect is not known, but it is known that the raisins are rich in potassium, fiber, polyphenols, phenolic acids, tannins and antioxidants.
Sixty raisins - about one handful - contains a gram of fiber and 212 mg of potassium, which are recommended in the DASH diet (food ways of lowering hypertension).

Main cause of blood pressure is improper diet plan. If you want to control your blood pressure first of all make a proper workout and diet plan. Raw veggies and fruits are good for blood pressure so must add these in your diet.
