Just signed up and checking thing out. I have been living an active lifestyle for some time now and what I am wanting to do now is incorporate the better eating in this as well. I am a terrible cook and do know carbs are my worse thing for packing on the pounds. If anyone has a simple eating plan that would be suitable for someone who is not a kitchen godess would be fabulous!
No rest is worth anything except the rest that is earned.

Welcome Sam!
Always a good idea to replace bad carbs with good ones. Fruit! I have a lot more fruit than I used to.
how is your fruit intake?
I have different types of beans daily, and I prepare them in a slow cooker, with many different herbs and spices. I add sea salt after it's been cooked for 12 hours. It's a good choice for high fiber, high protein, and a good balance of healthy carbs.

Whats on your low carb menu?
