New to "MCC" and Hello to all of you I've just joined this website today, I was using "the biggest loser" website but after gaining no friends - feedback- or even support after joining a few of their support groups I was fedup and let down by that webnetwork. Plus not trying to lose weight! I'm 6'3 and weight an average 150 pounds for the past 10 years. Well now I'm hoping some of you on this site will help me out as I try to keep the food I eat in check while making sure that its actually "real" food.
Also, I've been through sugery -stomac sugery- before I gave this online food and weight tracking a try. Yes the aftermath of the surgery was painful and the incision my doc made on my abdomen will be there for quite a long time but go away in at least sum years. Just trying to maintain my weight currently.
