i get very confused with this because people say that if you burn off more calories than what u eat in a day then you lose weight... ok so if i eat say 1500 calories a day.. does that honestly mean i have to burn sumthing like 2000 off?! how is that possible! or have i got it wrong? could someone please explain how many calories i should aim to burn in a day if i eat around 1400 calories. thanks. For me, the best weight loss method is regular exercises along with a healthy and balanced diet. I read many blogs on the internet that mentions- burning more calories and eating fewer calories leads to weight loss. Exercises is the best to burn calories. Weight-bearing activities like running, aerobics or walking burn more calories. The élastique fitness can also be chosen to lose weight and fat.
