I have a husband that is not supportive of my post-pregnancy weight. I put on about 45 pounds and though I tried my maximum to stay away from junk foods, I failed.
Now, my daughter is just over a year and I have managed to lose only 15 of the 45 pounds. My husband was supporting for the first five months. Later on, he started to make funny comments about my body. He frequently teases me for eating too much. He also complains that I am not active enough.
She also always compares me with his sister who has four kids. But, she looks like she never had any.
I know that exercise and proper diet can control my weight. I feel so depressed and tired that I don't want to do anything. I feel like I am never going to lose any weight. I cannot stand the comments my husband is making. I want to have more children, but I don't want to even think about the weight gain. I am thinking about having a
tummy tuck surgery from Windsor, Ontario. Any advice on how to get motivation?
